FAQ

  • Can I change the colour and variety of my flowers? - Every effort will be made to replicate the flower image you are ordering, however varieties and colours are based on availability. If you would like a specific colour theme, please note this in the comment section or email stephanie@blushandblossomfloral.ca, Blush & Blossom Floral reserves the right to make adjustments based on season and availability. 
  • Can I request a delivery date outside of the delivery schedule? - If you want your flowers delivered on a date other than our available delivery dates, additional delivery fees may apply. Please email stephanie@blushandblossomfloral.ca to make arrangements. 
  • Can I request a delivery address outside of the delivery options available? - If you want your flowers delivered to an address outside of our delivery regions, additional delivery fees may apply. Please email stephanie@blushandblossomfloral.ca to make arrangements.
  • Can I have a custom flower arrangement made? - Absolutely! We offer custom arrangements based on selection of flowers available during time of order of flowers. Please email stephanie@blushandblossomfloral.ca to inquire.
  • Can I specify a delivery time? - You may request a delivery window of 3 hours between 9am-4pm for your delivery date. We will make every effort to have your florals delivered within the requested window. 
  • What if the recipient isn’t home? - If the weather is appropriate, we will leave the flowers outside if we feel the area is protected.  We will notify the recipient by text that the flowers have been left. If we are delivering to an apartment building or condo we will leave with the concierge and will notify the recipient by text.  If the temperature is not suitable to leave the flowers we will contact you and attempt to deliver on a different day. An extra fee will be applied.
  • Do I have to leave a recipient phone number? - Yes. In order for us to process your order, you must leave the recipient number.
  • Do you do flowers for weddings and events? - Yes. Please fill out the wedding inquiry form located under “weddings” on top of the menu bar of this website.
  • Do you offer weekly/monthly flower subscriptions? - Yes. We offer two different floral subscription options: a monthly subscription as well as a choose 5 favourite holiday subscription. Please contact us at 519-441-7808 or email stephanie@blushandblossomfloral.ca for more information.
  • How long will my flowers last? - Blush & Blossom only uses premium flowers and provides a multiple step process to ensure their freshness and longevity. We suggest you change the water in all vase arrangements daily. If you would like an even more extended life of the flowers, we suggest, taking the flowers after a few days, re-cutting the flower stems on a sharp angle and placing in a vase of fresh, clean water.  
  • What is your return policy? - Because our product is a perishable item we unfortunately can not offer exchange or returns on product.
